The website

When you request a walkthrough

We store what you type: your name and email, and, if you give them, your company and the size of your marketing team, with the time of the request. We use these only to reply to you and arrange the walkthrough.

To limit automated abuse, we also store a short, salted hash of the network address the request came from. The address itself is not stored and cannot be recovered from the hash.

Requests are read by Pgupp's founders. They are kept until we have followed up with you; ask us and we will delete yours.

Counting visits

The landing page counts, per day, how many times it was visited, how many times “Request a walkthrough” was clicked, and how many requests were recorded. These are counts only: no identifier, address or cookie is involved, so there is nothing to consent to. We use no third-party analytics or advertising scripts.

Cookies

The website sets no cookies. Signing in to the app sets the cookies needed to keep you signed in, and nothing else.

The app

When you create an account, we store your email address and a protected form of your password, and we send you an email to confirm the address, and another if you reset your password. Inside a workspace, Pgupp stores the requests, campaigns, deliverables, tasks, approvals, notes and history that your team enters, together with the names and email addresses of its members. Everyone in a workspace can read its work; what each person can change depends on their role, which your workspace admin sets.

Pgupp does not send workflow emails during the pilot. The only emails are the account emails above.

Where it is kept

All data is stored in the European Union (Ireland), in a database run by Supabase, and the application runs in Dublin on Vercel. Account emails are sent through Resend.

To ask about your data

Reply to any email from the Pgupp team, or ask your workspace admin to pass your request on. We will answer about what we hold, correct it, or delete it.
